      Avantages

      The people. Coworkers were usually capable and willing to assist items, especially the employees that had been around for a while.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is below market value. There are no annual performance reviews, no regular raises and the health benefits offered are horrible. Upper management drove this place to the ground. Management was/is allowed to run wild and there is no one to keep them in check.
