      Avantages

      Great training provider. I knew nothing about insurance, before coming to Towergate. The training delivered is the best I've ever received.

      Inconvénients

      Scripts and Fair Presentation statement. Need to be customer friendly. Pay is not in line with other Customer Service Roles . Limited career progression. Don't always keep up with competitors.
