      Avantages

      Friday lunch, but they're stingy. Awesome coworkers (exept ceo). Management (exept ceo) are made up of some really talented and respectable people. Cool snacks and drinks. Ive seen some people have the ability to move to different departments. Very young employees ( could be good or bad).

      Inconvénients

      Pay is far below average. Wouldn't work here unless you enjoy getting cussed out by the CEO. CEO is irrational and makes people feel like they aren't valued. Work/life balance isn't good. Depending on which department you r in, get used to getting phone calls at 10pm at night.

      Avantages

      Great time to work at TrackR. It's a very different company than it was a year ago. The company is at an inflection point and poised for rapid growth. As my former boss at another company told me recently, at this moment TrackR is the hot company in Santa Barbara. The management team is solid. The marketing team is solid. The company is quickly growing and is adopting professional standards. Tons of opportunity for growth within the company.

      Inconvénients

      Dealing with legacy home-grown systems and processes that are slow to go away. A lot of talk of being data-driven. A lot of ignoring information which challenges preconceived notions. Then again, that's pretty normal for many companies, just very pronounced in a fast growing company. Long hours - but then again, it's a start-up.
