Avantages
As a employer; they handle all the pay & ins. You have no liability to that temp. Can use that time to see if both you & the temp can work together. Can direct hire them after a certain amount of time as past. Can most likely get you more help when needed. OR replace any bad apples. As a employee. Don't have to deal with the bosses of company that you are working for. Meaning, if there is a problem, you contact the individual who placed you. They will be the go between. Can move you to another company. In busy times, can place you fast with another company, so do don't lose any time of work and pay. Have many different offices, so they place you fast, if there is a need some where outside the district they work in.
Inconvénients
You don't know if you are making the same as the temp workers. You may be a {temp} boss, yet one of your down line temp workers might be getting paid more. They try to be far with all. You get paid with what the market will bear; meaning you may have to take a cut in pay, compared to what you may have received from a previous company. As a temp employee, YOU will be let go 1st by the company who contracted you, compared to a direct hire to that company. Even if you were making the same amount of $$$ as that direct hire. The contract Co pays a higher amount to Trade Source for the complete package, you may not know that amount.
