Avantages

- Mid/low level people are very friendly and collaborative - Overall tech quality above the average - Solid business - Good salaries and benefits - Always party company (if you like it)

Inconvénients

- Mid/high management is highly toxic - Rewards and career based mainly on friendship with management and not on professional value - HR is kinda of high management SS, spy you in silence and stagger you in the back - Beyond an inclusive fake appearence it lays an highly discriminatory mindset, whatever is not british style is something to take rid - Improper personal behave, especially during the parties, by some high manager - Always party company (if you don't like it) - If you don't participate parties you are most possibly being negatively tagged - Chance to get fired just because some manager doesn't like you
