Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Compensation abilities, freedom in sales environment. Smart engineers to work with and work for. Good support from the main Trane headquarters. I felt that mistakes were forgiven and part of the job, and freedom as an entrepreneur was great. I would have like to have a more team environment if possible as I felt as a team, we could have accomplished much more.
Inconvénients
Dog eat dog sales attitude between sales engineers, limited growth opportunities, leadership does not promote change but rather maintaining the status quo. It was not clearly defined what was deductable or not deductable and building relationships, a lot of money came from my own pocket.
