The pay scale and benefits are good.
Inconvénients
Company is slowly changing from primarily a coal based electricity producer to a gas/renewables portfolio. Workforce reductions have been steadily taking place over the past few years as a result of the generating asset portfolio change from coal to gas/renewables.
