      Avantages

      Good pay and reasonably good conditions.

      Inconvénients

      Transgrid prides itself on caring for it's staff but that is so far from the truth. Management must attend a training course on how to be the best bully possible. I enjoy my job but my manager is quite possibly the worst human being I have ever met.

      Avantages

      WFH Flexibility and OK Pay

      Inconvénients

      Too much work and company not wanting to change for the better. There is lots of talk about doing good and improving but in reality there is nothing that the top management want to do other than keeping their position and keeping on doing restructure after restructure.
