Management doesn't consult employees for feedback, nor do they welcome it. - Customers come second, TransLink bends to the will of the regional municipalities - Hundreds of incompetent, unionized employees that management can't get rid of - Workplace culture is non-existent due to all the stuffy "no-fun-allowed" suits in management
