      Good benefits, possibility for remote work, good manager support, positive culture, learning opportunities

      Inconvénients

      Compensation increases are not substantial. Being essentially a government company, you can't really get a promotion unless the position "opens up", and you have to apply and interview for it.

      Ok benefits.. Good number of vacations

      Inconvénients

      Used to be good on work life balance but not anymore. Feels more like dictatorship. Management does not listen to employees and force decisions. Not enough pay and many jobs within the company don't pay equally.
