      Avantages

      Being the transit authority for Metro Vancouver means that there's always a lot of projects and things going on if you're willing to look for it. There's tons of great people willing to sharing their work and having you on board. The benefits are great as well.

      Inconvénients

      There is a lot of bureaucracy that slows down projects. It is ultimately a creation of legislation and so is still hindered by that. There's a lack of documentation which also makes things hard to get up to speed with.

      Ok benefits.. Good number of vacations

      Inconvénients

      Used to be good on work life balance but not anymore. Feels more like dictatorship. Management does not listen to employees and force decisions. Not enough pay and many jobs within the company don't pay equally.
