      Avantages

      Product will revolutionize the face or organ transplant. It is exciting to work for this company knowing that your contribution has a direct effect on this breakthrough technology.

      Inconvénients

      Over the last several years the CEO has been distanced from the day to day operations and day-to-day management is left to Senior VP's who have been with the company for a long time and are stagnant to growth and improvement. Salary increases are rare. You will have additional duties piled on to your plate until they burn you out. Over the last 6 months, key, longstanding employees have left! This is not a financially stable company. Trouble getting parts in-house because Suppliers have placed the company on credit hold. There is no 401k matching. There is no collaborative teamwork but there is a lot of finger pointing when problems arise. Zero opportunity for career advancement.

      Avantages

      The people, the live saving mission. Being able to work knowing that everything I do directly influences someone's life! I haven't been here long, but so far, all the people I have met have been supportive, the pay is VERY COMPETITIVE and the health benefits are some of the best I've ever had. There's talk about how management has favorites- but that's not my experience- if you are working hard and doing your best, they recognize your efforts, I was called out in a team meeting for doing an awesome job. People who come on here and bad mouth the company, probably just didn't meet the expectations- so do better and good luck! It's the best- or nothing here!

      Inconvénients

      There are a lot of contractors, I hope I am hired full time soon! The cafeteria closes too early.
