      Avantages

      Project manager helpful, supportive, and caring.

      Inconvénients

      One never knows when payment for work completed will be made. Very difficult to make ends meet when it can take weeks for payment to be made. Very poor accounts department, if any.

      Thanks so much for taking the time to engage with us. If you work as a contractor with Divas you will have signed the "Independent Contractor Agreement" BEFORE you started. The contractor rates, the invoice process, timelines and payment terms etc. are detailed in the contract.       Avantages

      Besides working from home, absolutely nothing else.

      Inconvénients

      Owner is extremely rude, does not pay his typists, ignores emails and talks down to everybody. He thinks he is better than everybody else but he forgets that its the typists that bring him money. He is a narcissist. Even his project managers are being bullied by him, but they feel they can't leave or say anything to him. The few clients that he has left, need to know that they should go elsewhere.
