      Coworkers are friendly for the most part.

      High turnover, easy burnout, long hours of monotonous work.

      Thank you for joining Transflo and for writing an honest review. Data processing can be monotonous- the job requires focus and at times overtime which can lend itself to high burnout and turnover.       Avantages

      This place is terrible. Stay away.

      Inconvénients

      The work environment here at Transflo is as unstable as the leadership. The workloads here are inconsistent, which means the work environment is much more stressful because one day you have almost nothing to do, then the next day you'll be overwhelmed and bombarded with tons of tasks and responsibilities.
