      Avantages

      Remote work. Once the decision was made to go remote, I don’t think they ever looked back.

      Inconvénients

      Everything else. RIFs, natural attrition, left me with a bare bones team and twice the work. Overworked and underpaid.

      This place is terrible. Stay away.

      Inconvénients

      The work environment here at Transflo is as unstable as the leadership. The workloads here are inconsistent, which means the work environment is much more stressful because one day you have almost nothing to do, then the next day you'll be overwhelmed and bombarded with tons of tasks and responsibilities.
