This is the worst company I have ever encountered. They do not have proper management in place and fail to follow any software development life cycle (SDLC) methods. The company directors involve themselves in even the most basic decisions and often lack common sense in their communication with employees. Moreover, if you give your all to the company, the directors expect even more from you, which can be very discouraging. The leadership is exceptional—Director Prashant Telang is extremely sharp, while Team Lead Laxman Fondswant and Server Administrator Suhas Shinde are truly brilliant.

Adapting to the latest technologies requires continuous learning and can take some time for newcomers to adjust.
