      The culture is great, and leadership is very accessible. Goals are specifically defined and reviewed monthly.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes it can be difficult getting some simple requests for equipment approved.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to your HRBP if you need help finding someone to escalate an equipment request. We also have an Onboarding specialist who has done a lot to improve equipment requests for new hires, so she may be a good resource for you!

      great industry, decent benefits, do your research

      Inconvénients

      This is what you would consider a good old boy place. This was a revolving door. I must have seen 40 people be let go inside of a few months. No diversity and the leaders in place are are no afraid of treating you different and grade you much harder if you are of color or a women. No direction, there are so many other choices to work in this industry. Look at UPS, Fedex, DHL, Worldwide Express instead. Don't waste your time here. Ask them about how many people were laid off over the last three years and then ask them why. This should provide you a clear picture of what you are considering.
