Although hired for Traydo, employees are also asked to work on the CTO’s personal side project in another industry. This sometimes required weekend travel for testing, and refusing was seen as a lack of “passion” for the job.
The CTO has even asked people to work from his home. Refusing such requests often leads to frustration and unfair treatment.
No salary hike for more than 2 years, despite repeated promises every quarter. Each time employees were told “next quarter,” but nothing ever happened.
Layoffs are not performance-based. People have been let go under vague claims of “disciplinary action,” sometimes for reasons as trivial as not greeting the CTO.
Leadership style is unprofessional: shouting at employees, holding grudges, and showing little technical competence.
Very high turnover rate — many developers have already left because of these issues.
You won’t feel like an employee here; instead, you’ll feel like you are in servitude to the employer’s personal needs. This is the very definition of a “LaLa company.”
