      Avantages

      Amazing staff and cause. Working there was on the whole a wonderful experience. The social wellbeing side of things was always a good priority. They are taking decent steps to address the diversity issues that are rife in the charity sector.

      Inconvénients

      Previous directorship made internal progression almost impossible. They have now addressed this and made big changes. Change took a long time though and several employees left before it was implemented.

      Good pay sometimes but it was ok I managed

      Not freaquent pay had to chase them for my payments

      Inconvénients

      Some areas have more opportunities for career progression than others due to team size and structure Diversity of UK team is improving but still got work to be done in some areas Ambition and growth means there are busy periods of work
