Avantages
It really all depends on what position you take. Techs get a pretty raw deal, but get paid higher than a dispatcher would. That is keeping in mind that as a tech your pay is based on how many jobs you successfully complete that week. -401k (Match after 3 years) -Questionable Health Insurance - 6 Paid Personal Days/Year -1 Week Paid Vacation (After 1 year)
Inconvénients
No company ladder to climb at HQ. If there is it only has one step. The only path you can take leads you in a circle. There is a lot of blatantly obvious favouritism. Becoming a "supervisor" depends on how reliable of an employee you are and how many hours you can cram into a week on salary pay. Same goes for a lead tech.
