Avantages
I have worked as a Professional Employer Consultant at TriNet (sales) for the past year and have seen a great vision laid out for the growth of the company. It is very aggressive, but attainable with a concerted effort of the entire company. Executive Management team is strong.
Inconvénients
The back office underwriting process and allowances are very conservative and do not match up in anyway with the aggressive growth goal of the company. More business is being turned away than ever as we are trying to quadruple in customer market share in the next few years. Calculated risks are necessary sometimes and this group does not follow that strategy.
