Avantages

1. The team was amazing, always supportive and willing to help each other out. 2. Great opportunities for learning and growth. I was given the chance to work on diverse projects. 3. Managers are incredibly transparent and makes sure that everyone understands what’s happening at all levels of the company. 4. Leaders are very approachable, and it truly feels like we’re all moving forward as one team.

Inconvénients

1. The Hyderabad office is still pretty new, so a few things like the cafeteria and fun zone aren't set up yet, but they said they are already working on it. 2. There’s no cab facility for the morning shift, which can be a little inconvenient depending on where you stay. 3. Since it's a growing setup, a few things are still settling in, but overall it doesn’t get in the way of the work or the team vibe.

Avantages

Great colleagues and previously great benefits and remote opportunities. I learned a lot in my role and was able to contribute to the development of my team's processes. A lot of training options including certificate tracks, wellness sessions and financial learning.

Inconvénients

Frequent recurring layoffs, which results in a lot of insecurity and suspicion. Leadership decided to invest in new centers in Atlanta and India, reducing remote options and US-based roles, and offsite gatherings for several hundred employees right before a large, company-wide layoff. Very little opportunity for advancement or promotion.
