      Avantages

      Opportunity to help students, freedom to structure curriculum, mostly supportive coworkers

      Inconvénients

      Lack of resources and training for instructors, hours (6 PTO days a year while working around germy adults), pay and lack of raise opportunity (was the top-paid instructor on hire due to my degrees, leaving no room for growth), management more concerned with outcomes than student learning

      Avantages

      They give you a lot of freedom to tailor your curriculum. The Director and Assistant Director are easy to work with. They're very accommodating and helpful. Work / Life balance is good Fellow co-workers are good people You get a decent amount of paid days off a year. It's nice teaching people and seeing them grow and evolve. Having your students not only meet, but exceed your expectations is very rewarding.

      Inconvénients

      I honestly don't have any cons other than it would be nice if the pay was a little higher.
