High base salary for freshers. Parties on weekends. Feeling of learning a lot initially. Working with smart peers.
Inconvénients
Bad place to start your career, you're not taught things properly and expected to deliver results from day 1. You might think you're learning a lot initially, but it will badly mess up your fundamentals and hurt you in the long run. Really bad work life balance, you'll be expected to work up to 16 hours a day and all your activities will tracked using software installed on you laptop. Extreme micro management to put pressure on employees to meet crazy deadlines. You need to learn how to survive at CN, honesty won't help you.
