Really nice welcoming encouraging & positive team. Fun job. A lot of travel opportunities(to different cities & provinces) a lot of room for growth within the company. You start at the bottom on someone’s team and eventually can create your own & become a team leader eventually get your own office. Money is good. There’s a flat rate of I believe minimum wage but then depending on how many donations you get it goes up so you can make anywhere between $15 & up it depends on how good you are. It was Monday - Friday and 12-8
Inconvénients
I didn’t like the fact that we had to go door to door in any weather & knock on people doors asking for donations. A little bit embarrassing when people would be rude, you need thick skin and a REALLY positive attitude. That’s literally the only downside to the job. Working outside isn’t for me. Other than that it’s a really good environment.
