Avantages
Best if you to follow whatever the TL/Manager would say, dont take leave and be available for 24*7. Basically even dance if they tell you
Inconvénients
They totally favour only few specific people. the project and whatever is happening is never told you. years of working and hark work is not enough to judge your performance, they take "TEST" to even give appraisals. Worst thing is there is delay in everything from management side but they want results from your side on time. No change of environment no other activities other than working
