Avantages
There are absolutely no pros for working at Trinity services group. They treat employees horrible. There should be an option to give them zero stars.
Inconvénients
Horrible management. They will not back you up when being falsely accused of something. Lots backstabbing and bulling by co workers and management.I have gone home in tears lots of times. If you report a co worker miss treating you, they make you out to be the bad guy. No holiday pay, or sick pay. You earn 1 vacation day a month. If you were a good employee and did your job you were a target of others. Back stabbing, bullying and lying of others by C.O.s and co workers is unbelievable. And they get always with it. They have lost good employees because of this. I am in Arizona
