      Avantages

      The people are amazing to work with as everyone really loves what they do. That helps create an inclusive environment that fosters great innovations. The benefits are nothing to snuff at: great health (though expensive) 401K and other benefits

      Inconvénients

      Do not expect great mobility here unless you plan to stay around 30-40 years and keep pursuing education and certifications for higher positions and pay

      Everyone is motivated and driven to produce results.

      Inconvénients

      This is a small university, it doesn’t have R1 resources entirely though quite good for where it stands.
