      Avantages

      Small campus, cheap parking for staff

      Inconvénients

      Entitled students and faculty, a large percentage of the staff are alum so it feels like a clique, low pay, HR is horrendous, they don’t care about staff.

      Everyone is motivated and driven to produce results.

      Inconvénients

      This is a small university, it doesn’t have R1 resources entirely though quite good for where it stands.
