Avantages
If you have lots of stuff going on in your life, you can easily juggle these events with this job. The people are nice enough, especially the QA team.
Inconvénients
Quite a bit of people crapping on one another in the Development / Engineering team for little reasons ( childish reasons ). Management wonders a bunch from a goals perspective which sort of makes sense given they do not have real customers today nor do they have per say a in-demand product as well ( competitive space ) and as consequence, no real profit to show for it.
Other aspect is that there are some key people that work 20 hours a week and get payed for 40 and others who don't even go to this office at all and get payed. In both scenarios, they get payed market as well. These are just a couple exceptions, they happen on a person by person basis.
From a career growth perspective, there is not too much going on unless you are blessed from on high to work on a particular project. Otherwise, you are stuck with working on any number of Troppus arcane applications ( mini-apps I would say just like mini-games within games ).
