- Healthy work relationship among colleagues, no matter from which department - Good working experience learning especially for interns - Happening environment, I can say very lenient - Observant manager, will do anything to make sure the interns learn as much as possible - Hybrid working hours even for interns - Very satisfied allowance rate - Strategic office location (Near to MRT, convenience stores & food stalls) - Decent learning experience - Assigned personal work station for each person - Seasonal teambuilding activities

- If you want to pursue for social media marketing, better to learn at a marketing agency - Work can pile up in a matter of time - Quite stagnant for a career growth especially for social media/communications major - Lacks transparency & flexibility if cannot communicate well with your team in the department - Not able to have career growth if got no discipline
