Higher pay than your average company, with added company benefits e.g private health insurance, monthly lunches paid by the company, weekly team bonding events and quarterly events.

Inconvénients

Hard to name any, it’s easily noticeable that the company is trying their best to meet everyone’s needs

One of the best learning experiences in Software Sales. Management and the team culture is one of the best and most helpful, everyone is always open to questions and be a helping hand

Avantages

- Remote work is an option now - Flexibility in hybrid work for CA employees (we just moved to 4 days per week WFH for our team) - You get to work on a mix of tier 2 and tier 3 tickets. So good exposure to troubleshooting/technical break-fix of complex tickets. - Reputable organization (holds 6/6 MS designations)

Inconvénients

- Headquarters is in California, but we work East Coast hours (but hey, you wrap up work at a decent time)
