      Avantages

      Small bank atmosphere.. that’s about the only pro

      Inconvénients

      Way overworked for the pay, they want basic tellers to open accounts, be head teller, do wires, balance vault and atm. No raises, no Christmas bonuses like most banks. Strict clothing policy. Always short staffed.
