Inconvénients
Leadership is a joke, process is nonexistent and codebase is messy. Not much opportunity to be creative or contribute to product unless you are a designer. They dictate every pixel unless the founder gets involved, wich sends everything sideways. "Product managers" are glorified junior project managers.
