      Avantages

      Higher pay than market and flexible working hours.

      Inconvénients

      Product aka inhouse development tools are extremely unstable and badly design but all project team members are forced to learn to use it. No career path to all project team member and might downgrade our career path including technical skills. Enterprise Product does not have any AI/ML so avoid this company if you wish to learn AI/ML

      They spread the AE's out far too much with territories. You are working all over the place
