      I like the flexibility of schedule as I still teach full time. I have the ability to take on new students or turn them down.

      The pay is fair and you can choose students to work with based on your skills and availability. You also get information on the student before your first meeting.

      Inconvénients

      There are not always students available, but that is what happens when doing this type of tutoring.
