      The research is great! Seemingly across nearly all departments

      Inconvénients

      The school continually increases Teaching assistant responsibilities while decreasing benefits. Salary is flat. You better hope that you can secure other funding!

      Great institution serving a diverse student population. Plenty of interesting research labs. Decent benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
