      Avantages

      They’ll give anyone a chance The production team felt like a large family Everyone is willing to help out across departments for production Smaller company with understanding management

      Inconvénients

      Production gets the short end of the stick on occasion due to indecision on practices. Work had an awkward ebb and flow, one week you’d be extremely busy, just to have nothing to do next week. Production supervisor has an abrasive leadership style, at least towards me They love to allow rework, but will complain when there has to be rework done, yet do nothing to prevent future errors

      Avantages

      Family-oriented and diverse company. Coworkers are nice and focused on their tasks. It's a fast paced environment and it pushes you to the limits, but great opportunities to learn and take with you to the next journey.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation is below to market, but it could be worse. Insurance options doubled this year.

      Avantages

      The product they build are interesting and cutting edge. Salary is good. That’s about it.

      Inconvénients

      Extreme lack of senior expertise. Little to no room for growth Other than the good pay the rest of the benefits are sub par. Turn over is high. Lack of tasking. People are constantlyy looking for stuff to do. Little to know interaction with people outside your team. No room for growth.
