      - Excellent salaries -5 days a week 40 hours + overtime -Excellent Benefits

      Inconvénients

      -A lot of lime dust -Ciment dust -Management following employees on envery moves. RH, Direction, and so on. -Very fuzzy about time -Get fired without any warnings -Old management strick rules getting protected by their modo : One team but -One team is suppose to be more flexible and listening to the employee. -Treat their staff like kids

      Equipe de colaboradores, pessoas flexiveis e facil de trabalhar, além da estrutura da empresq ue é muito boa e moderna, compativel com as exigencias da funcao

      Inconvénients

      Dificilmente conseguimos aumento de salário e não tem planejamento de cargos, a pessoa entra e sai ganhando sempre a mesma coisa e não há muito plano de carreira
