Professes to create events about talent and employee experience, but wouldn't know what that meant if it hit them in the face. Clueless senior leadership act like rabbits in headlights and abandon strategy in favour of being reactive, taking bizarre decisions on a whim that slow the whole company down. If you want honesty, transparency, and the ability to have authority over your own projects; even at a senior level, this is not the right place for you. Advertises an open vacation policy that does not exist. It's 25 days leave a year. Doesn't invest in team days that are important as a remote first company. Not inclusive.
