      Good for fresher. Excellent facilities to employees. Good learning

      Inconvénients

      Remote location of the plant. Toll on health due to polluted atmosphere of the industrial town.

      Avantages

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      Inconvénients

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.

      Avantages

      I was placed on real projects and had a great hands-on experience. The people were also friendly and willing to clarify any confusions.

      Some days were really slow with no real involvement in activities
