      Management is typical Indian mind set they Do bulling on every lower level employees. End users, managers of the within the company are like so stupid they don't understand anything and just do blaim game

      Avantages

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      Inconvénients

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.

      I was placed on real projects and had a great hands-on experience. The people were also friendly and willing to clarify any confusions.
