      Work is seasonal but pay is not dependent upon that portion.

      Independent choice of time flexibility. Full support with resources and suggested tips that are clearly based on the students' needs.

      Inconvénients

      Could continue to improve on relationship between tutors to share tips and to improve over time.

      Avantages

      Working remotely with a great group of people is the dream! USMLE Pro truly cares about each of its employees as well as clients. Support is always just a text away and input is always encouraged. So glad I found this company!

      Inconvénients

      None really. Clients' needs tend to be seasonal so sometimes you're super busy and other times you're finding work that needs to be done.
