Avantages

Unlimited annual leave that no one actually uses. Flexible hours as long as your definition of flexible is 9 - 6. Remote working with no budget to meet so you never need to worry about human contact.

Inconvénients

Got ahead of themselves and hired too many people then quickly needed to make them redundant. No diversity. 100% male leadership team. They offered a parachute to the people made redundant. That parachute is the notice stated in their contract and a CV review. Biggest mistake of my career.
