      Avantages

      cafe machine in the headquater is nice.

      Inconvénients

      Full of bullies and harassment. They make lots of money from the largest telecom company so working at the client is extremely stressful. Sometime you will feel that you were not working in Australia. The management just cares about how much they can get from their client. So if you cannot get along with PM, you will be fired unfairly.

      Interesting projects and client list. Utilizing leading edge technologies and getting applications to market more quickly than bigger competitors. Operates like a family company. Great location. Many on-site services like barista bar, gym, osteo. Commitment to environment, charities, community, work / life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Salaries and bonus. The company runs lean so functions like HR can be under invested.

      Big, longstanding customers who provide repeat business. Some good people.

      Difficult to find new business due to company being anchored in existing customers with limited ambition to grow.
