      ITs a job so there's that

      Inconvénients

      Management doesn't know anything but when they can get you into a promised job up until they can't anymore. Moved jobs around to do interviews and had references for these people for them to say, at the last minute, sorry, we're not moving forward anymore. No reason. Why should I have to call you if you knew you weren't going to move forward? It's a terrible company to work for.

      Avantages

      I have been working at UCI for past several years and I must say they have provided be the best professional experience. The management team believes in transparency and are very respectful to fellow colleagues. Exceptional Leadership that keeps employees in forefront and are always welcoming recommendations and recognizes talent. And one of the best ways UCI fosters teamwork is by sharing lunch every day while sharing life outside work.

      Inconvénients

      Being a small business the company has limited health plans and lacks dependent care program. With the growth the company should consider adding additional benefits.
