      Avantages

      Owner has generational money. If he likes you, he’ll pay you well. Take as much as you can so you’ll be able to afford a therapist working here.

      Inconvénients

      Their reputation in the contract furniture market is poor. They strain to attract and retain employees. The industry and especially their aligned manufacturers do very little to support them for good reason. Leadership is infintile at best and employee satisfaction and well being is not of any importance.

      Avantages

      Not many. Some overtime if your lucky.

      Inconvénients

      This Company is failing. Management has been reduced to 1 tyrannical director and his 2 or 3 underlings. The owner is clueless. Get as much as you can when you get hired because they don't do raises. Salaried individuals regularly take pay cuts when the company under performs. This is a good place to be while you look for a more stable job somewhere else. There are other more reputable contract furniture dealerships in the area.
