      Avantages

      A very toxic environment to work in, only driven by profit margins. Be very careful to sign here. With the new owners it didn't get any better!

      Inconvénients

      Extremely driven by fear! create fear with people to see if they will run harder. One sided salary cuts when Covid hit, and no return after a very profitable year. NO team culture, everyone for themselves!

      Avantages

      Unispace is for lack of better words, a "Design-Build" company but it is really so much more. You get to sit, as a designer, with your fellow estimators and builders and build a better mousetrap. I have learned so much about actual construction processes, means, methods, costs and best practices since moving to Unispace. It is fast paced and no one wears one hat so you never get board. It is truly a mecca for a pro-active doer who wants to break convention and do something better.

      Inconvénients

      It is fast-paced....not for the faint of heart. Also, as a global company with a national team that operates as one, sometimes communications slip between cracks.

      Avantages

      Some good people, but that’s changing quickly

      Inconvénients

      No clear company strategy. Top management changes all the time. Sales funnel is particularly weak. Work environment is toxic and highly inefficient.
