      A good place to learn, to improve yourself. Cross culture and really open atmosphere. Working with legendary person in the industry.

      Inconvénients

      Fierce competition in the market. Too much management team reform. Didn't retention real talent China team have less care and focus compare with others

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
