They were ahead of the curve during COVID-19. Interview and onboarding were all done remotely. I was able to get working right upon start. The ability to voice your opinions and connect with top level execs (we have casual conversations with C-class execs)
Inconvénients
None so far. i've only been here for a couple of months so the company (like every other) is bound to have them.

Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
